I have the honor to bring
to your notice that on the evening
of the 21st instant,
the Commander of the S.S. "Ancon" brought to
this Hospital a person named
James Reddie, of unsound mind,
from under a Warrant signed
by the Hon'ble Edmund Hornby, the Chief
Judge at Shanghai. I admitted
him. The Hon'ble
